Vetrazzo

Vetrazzo...

In the name of sustainability, "green" countertops are becoming increasingly popular. If you're looking for something other than the granites and quartz products of the world, I'd like to introduce you to a product called Vetrazzo...the original recycled glass surface. Using a variety of recycled glass and cement, Vetrazzo creates a unique and artful approach to countertops. Every surface is unique in it's make up and comes with it's own story of what was utilized to create the different palettes. My personal favorites are Cool Titanium and Palladian Gray...not as colorful as the rest but definitely eye catching. http://www.vetrazzo.com/products_palette.asp

It is comparable in it's character to granite and can be used in variety of applications. And for those of you who hate to use trivets (or have other family members that do), well, this may be the product for you. It's a tough countertop that can handle a lot, but like anything in this life, only as long as you care for it properly.

So, if you're looking for something a bit different in your remodel, I would recommend giving this product a try. We have a few samples in our showroom and you really need to see them in person to truly appreciate their uniqueness.
